And then type your password. Then one that you use to create your account.
4. Click on LOG IN
After filling up your email and password click on ‘Log In’.
5. All done!
And that’s it. You have Logged In on Mailfold.
How to manage your balance
Visualizing and replenishing your balance on Mailfold is an uncomplicated task to do. Follow these steps to add more budget to your campaigns.
1. Click on your name
On the upper right corner of the main menu, click on your name.
2. Click on SETTINGS
On the drop-down menu shown, click on ‘Settings’.
3. Click on BALANCE or REPLENISH MY BALANCE
Click on any of these options, they will show you the same view.
Both of them will take you to the ‘Balance’ view.
4. Choose the amount
First, choose the amount you want to replenish your balance with. You can either select any of the lists or…
Choose your own by clicking on ‘My variant’ and entering your amount.
5. Fill up your card information
Then, fill up the cardholder’s name on the form.
Also card number. Remember we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
6. Fill up card expiration date
Add the expiration month and expiration year to the form.
7. Add CVV number
Don’t forget to add your CVV number. This is the one located on the back of your card.
8. Click on UPGRADE
When you finish the other steps, click on ‘Upgrade’.
You can always look at your account balance on the right side of the ‘Settings’ view.
And just like that, you can visualize and replenish your balance on Mailfold.
How to fill up your billing information
Filling up your billing information is very important to run your direct mail marketing campaign. Follow this steps to do it easily.
1. Click on your name
On the upper right corner of the screen, click on your name.
2. Click on SETTINGS
A drop-down menu will appear. Click on ‘Settings’.
3. Click on BILLING
On the menu under ‘Settings’, click on ‘Billing’.
4. Fill up card information
Start filling up the cardholder’s name.
Then card number. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Dinners Club.
5. Fill up card expiration date
Make sure to have your card’s information.
Start selecting your card expiration month.
And then select your card expiration year.
6. Type CVV number
Type the number located on the back of your card in the blank box.
7. Click on SAVE
When all the card’s information is correctly filled in. Click on SAVE.
Now you are all set. You can start creating and sending all the direct mail marketing campaigns you want.
How to visualize your subscription or upgrade
If you wanna visualize your subscription or upgrade your subscription to Mailfold, follow these steps and do it easily.
1. Click on your name
In the upper right corner click on your name.
2. Click on SETTINGS
In the shown menu, click on ‘Settings’.
3. Click on PREMIUM
On the ‘Settings’ view, click on ‘Premium’.
4. Visualize your account plan
If you have Mailfold Premium, you can visualize when your subscription started, the features of your plan, and the days you have left.
If you have a Free account, you can upgrade your plan from here. You just need to fill-up the form with your card details.
5. Click on UPGRADE
Once you have filled out your card details, just click on ‘Upgrade’. Then you can enjoy all the Premium features, like automation, QR codes, and prospecting.
With these 5 steps, you can visualize your plan, upgrade and see how many days you have left.
How to change your password
Changing your password on Mailfold is not complicated at all. Just follow these steps and think about a password you will never forget.
1. Click on YOUR NAME
Go to the upper right corner and click on your name on the main page.
2. Click on SETTINGS
A window menu will be shown. There you have to click on ‘Settings’.
3. Click on PASSWORD
On the Settings view, click on ‘Password’.
4. Type your password
Fill up the first box with your actual password.
5. Type your new password
In the text box below, type the new password you choose.
6. Confirm
Then, confirm your new password in the last text box.
7. Click on UPDATE
And finally, click on ‘Update’.
And just like that, you have changed your Mailfold password.
