How to create segmentation
Segmentation is really useful when you want to send a direct mail campaign to specific people. Learn how to use this tool here.
1. Go to Contacts
Go to the ‘Contacts’ view on the dashboard.
2. Select your list
Click on the blank square located on the left or the list name.
3. Click on CREATE SEGMENT
On Create menu located on the right side of the screen, click on ‘New Segment’.
4. Name segment
A pop-up window will appear, now you have to type your segment name.
5. Click on CREATE
Once you have named your segment, click on ‘Create’.
6. Set conditions
In the pop-up window, start to set up your conditions. Start with the list field you want to get the information from.
Then select the condition, if it is, is not, contains, or does not contain.
And finally, enter a value. It can be letters or numbers.
7. Click on SAVE
Once you have set up your conditions, click on ‘Save’.
Then, you can visualize your segment with the conditions you selected before.
