How to integrate Hubspot with Mailfold (Zapier)
If you use Hubspot CRM to manage your contacts and their information, you can integrate it with your Mailfold account. That will allow you to send them gift cards, thank you postcards, or any information through Direct Mail.
1. Go to CONTACTS
On the dashboard, click on ‘Contacts’.
2. Click on INTEGRATIONS or INTEGRATION
Now on the ‘Contacts’ view, go to the menu located on the right side of the screen. Then you can either click on ‘+Add Contacts’ and then on ‘Integrations’, or the ‘Integration’ blue button.
The ‘Integrations’ view will appear if you click on any of them.
3. Click on LEARN MORE
On the Automate with Zapier square, click on ‘Learn More’.
4. Create ZAP
The Zapier window will show up, now you have to click either on ‘Create Zap’ or start creating your workflow.
5. Select Hubspot
Start connecting the app on the ‘Create your own workflow’ space. In this case, Hubspot,
6. Select Mailfold
Then select Mailfold, to be able to connect Hubspot with it.
7. Select Action
Once you have finished with the apps, it is time to select the events. First, select the event that needs to happen. In this case, select ‘New contact’.
8. Select Second Action
This is the action that is gonna happen on Mailfold. Select ‘Create Contact’. This way. anytime a new contact gets in your database, it will be created automatically on Mailfold. Once you are done, click on ‘Try it’.
9. Click on CONTINUE
A new view will appear, so, click on ‘Continue’.
10. Connect Hubspot account
Now, it is time to connect your Hubspot account with Zapier.
Once you have finished connecting your account, click on ‘Continue’.
11. Set Properties
In ‘Set up trigger’ all the properties to retrieve will appear. If you wanna add more, click on ‘Choose value’. If you are okay with the ones listed, click on ‘Continue’.
12. Test Trigger
All the information related to the contacts on Hubspot will appear.
If the information you want is okay, click on ‘Continue’.
13. Connect Mailfold account
Now, it is time to choose your mailfold account. To do so, click on ‘Choose an account’.

Connect your Mailfold account with Zapier and then select it.
Then click on ‘Continue’.
15. Set up Action
In this step, select the respective information to be added to Mailfold.
16. Name Contacts List
Once you have classified the information, it is time to name your contacts list. This name will be your list name on Mailfold.
17. Click on CONTINUE
Once you have finished naming your list, click on ‘Continue’.
18. Click on ‘Test & Continue’
The information will appear on the screen. If it is okay, it is time to test it. To do so, click on ‘Test & Continue’.
A message will appear informing you that the contact was sent to Mailfold.
19. Check Mailfold
Go to the Mailfold dashboard and click on ‘Contacts’.
The list you created has to appear on your contacts view. If it doesn’t check twice your workflow.
20. Click on PUBLISH ZAP
If everything is okay with Mailfold and Hubspot, it is time to publish your workflow. To do so, click on ‘Publish Zap’.
21. Click on PUBLISH & TURN ON
A pop-up window will appear, click on ‘Publish & Turn On’. And just like that, you integrate your Hubspot contacts with Mailfold.
