How to integrate your Etsy account with Mailfold
Integrating your Etsy store contacts into Maifold is simple. Follow these steps to do it.
1. Click on CONTACTS
To integrate your Etsy contacts with Mailfold, go to the dashboard. On the upper menu, click on ‘Contacts’.
2. Click on INTEGRATIONS or INTEGRATION
On the ‘Contacts view’, you can either click on ‘+Add contacts’ and then click on ‘Integrations’.
Or you can click on the ‘Integration’ button located in the bottom down corner of the screen.
They will both take you to the Integrations window.
3. Click on CONNECT YOUR STORE
On the ‘Integrations’ view, click on the ‘Connect your store’ button, located on the Etsy square.
4. Click on ALLOW ACCESS
As soon as you click on ‘Connect your store’, the Etsy website will open. A message will be displayed explaining that Mailfold wants to connect your account. Click on ‘Allow Access’.
5. Download Etsy contacts
A pop-up window will appear on your screen. That means Mailfold is downloading your customer list from Etsy.
6. Click on GO TO LIST or EXIT
Another pop-up window will appear, telling you your contacts upload was successful! You can either click on ‘Go to list’, to review it or click on ‘Exit’, to leave.
