How to add contacts
Contacts are the most important part of your Direct Mail Marketing Campaign. Learn how to upload them on Mailfold.
1. Click on +ADD CONTACTS
To add contacts to your Mailfold account, on the dashboard, click on ‘Contacts’. Then click on ‘+Add Contacts’.
2. Import contacts
There are three different ways to add contacts on Mailfold. First by clicking on ‘Import contacts’.
Click on CHOOSE FILE
On the Import Contacts view, click on ‘Choose File’. Make sure you have your CSV file ready and with all the information required on the fields. It has to have First name, last name, full name, address, state, city, and postal code.
Click on OPEN
Select the file from your device and then click on ‘Open’.
Define column names
Name every field with the right information according to your records.
Add contacts to a mailing list
In the bottom field, you can create a new list to add your contacts, or select one already created to add them. You can also skip this step and them later.
Click on IMPORT CONTACTS
As soon as you have your contacts on the list, or have the column names defined, click on ‘Import contacts’.
Click on OK
A pop-up window will appear, informing you that the import was successful. Click on ‘Ok’.
3. Quick add contacts
The other way to add contacts is by clicking on ‘Quick add contacts’.
Fill up the form
Here, you have to manually add all the information related to your new contact.
Click on ADD CONTACT
You can add your new contact to a list too, and then click on ‘Add contact’.
4. Integrations
The last way to add contacts to your database on Mailfold is by clicking on ‘Integrations’.
Connect with your App
The integrations view will appear, and then, you have to click on the app you use, to integrate your contacts.
